About the Alliance

The Wet Tropics Restoration Alliance (the Alliance) is a coalition of organisations and individuals with the shared goal of ensuring the survival of the Wet Tropics of Queensland forests amidst this changing and unstable climate. Our aim is to upscale restoration in the region whilst supporting a resilient green economy to protect the region’s natural assets.

Join us

The Alliance is open to organisations and individuals who want to work together to protect Wet Tropics forests in a changing climate.

Members connect through events, share knowledge and resources, support on-ground restoration projects, and collaborate to scale up restoration across the region.

Working together to protect and restore

We acknowledge Rainforest Aboriginal people as the traditional custodians of the Wet Tropics and recognise their connection to this cultural landscape. We pay our respect to Elders past, present and future.
