Wet Tropics Restoration Alliance membership

Who can join the Alliance?

The Alliance is open to any organisation or individual with an interest in restoring and protecting the Wet Tropics.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Traditional Owners and First Nations organisations

  • landholders and land managers

  • restoration practitioners and consultants

  • researchers and educators

  • community, conservation and industry groups

  • government agencies and non-government organisations

  • Priority invitations to Alliance activities, including workshops and field trips tailored to your interests and regional needs.

  • Priority invitations to the Alliance’s annual forum.

  • Opportunity to guide the Alliance’s annual milestones through the development of its annual workplan.

  • Opportunity to deliver and participate in professional learning.

  • Quarterly Alliance publication, New Leaf.

  • Access to the Members Directory, an online tool designed to help members identify collaboration opportunities and share resources.

  • Access to a network of industry peers and contacts.

  • Opportunities for collaboration.

  • Being part of an Alliance of people and organisations that are dedicated to ensuring the survival of the Wet Tropics forests
