As mentioned in the 11th edition of New Leaf, the Alliance held a nursery production workshop to share knowledge about nursery production processes and identify information gaps and opportunities for collaboration. The aim was to ensure that seedling production and supply are not limiting factors in scaling up revegetation across the Wet Tropics region.


We extend our sincere thanks to the speakers who generously shared their expertise on the day: Rachel Platte from Mulgrave Landcare, Liana Toth from ClimateForce, Ryan Zihrul from Cairns Regional Council, Samantha Wingrove from Rainforest Rescue, Dinah Hansman from TREAT, Geoff Onus from NQLMS, and our Coordinator, Kylie Freebody from the Restoration Alliance. We also thank all participants for contributing their time, knowledge and experience.
